All VERAEL pieces are delivered via insured and trackable courier services.
Each order is prepared, packaged, and dispatched individually.
Delivery within the UAE is completed within 5–7 business days.
International delivery timelines are discussed individually, taking into account the destination country.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Returns
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns are handled with discretion and care.
Aesthetic and Invest Liquid pieces may be eligible for return within a limited period within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery , provided they remain unworn and in original condition.
Custom and investment-grade pieces are final and non-returnable after confirmation and payment.
Return of item with high value stones are subject to check stone number with jewelry
Returns of jewelry featuring high-value gemstones are accepted only following a successful examination of the gemstone by a qualified specialist, conducted in the presence of the purchaser, confirming its authenticity and unchanged condition.
