If you do not yet have a crypto wallet, we provide clear step-by-step instructions and full personal support to assist you in setting one up. No prior technical knowledge is required.

The digital certificate is designed to remain with the piece throughout its lifetime.
Should you ever choose to resell or transfer the piece, we strongly recommend doing so only together with its original digital certificate, as it confirms authenticity and preserves transparency for future owners.

Policies

This policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data in compliance with UAE data protection regulations and internationally recognized standards.

Due to the bespoke nature of fine jewelry, personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are strictly non-refundable. Eligible ready-made items may be returned subject to inspection and compliance with return conditions.

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The Company offers domestic and international delivery via third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines are indicative only.

A limited manufacturing warranty applies for a defined period from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, loss, theft, or third-party modification.

All trademarks, intellectual property, imagery, and brand materials are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or association is prohibited without prior written consent.

Financial statements may be subject to audit in accordance with UAE regulations. Compliance with ESR, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory obligations is maintained as applicable.
